The aim of this package is to train participants in the correct procedures required to discreetly enable a source and handler to meet safely and unobserved to any potential hostile surveillance. On completion of this training, participants will clearly understand all phases of the meeting process and what is required in order to engineer a safe and discreet meeting between source and handler.
